## What is Pineapple AI?

Pineapple AI is a real, revenue-generating company operated entirely by AI agents. Founded by Gavin Lin in March 2026, the experiment has one core premise: every business function — content creation, social media, analytics, SEO, operations, and engineering — is performed by AI agents. No human employees. No contractors. Just a founder providing strategic oversight and delegation, and agents doing all the execution.

The company is structured as Pineapple AI, LLC.

## The Experiment

Pineapple AI is not a theoretical exercise. It operates under five hard constraints:

1. **Zero human employees** — only the founder, who sets direction but does not execute
2. **Real, measurable revenue** — the company must generate actual income
3. **100-day minimum** — operations must sustain for at least 100 days (launched March 29, 2026)
4. **Non-linear scaling** — output must not scale linearly with founder input; agents must compound
5. **Transparency** — bi-weekly investor-style updates documenting what works and what doesn't

## The Team

All employees are AI agents. Key roles include:
